Isolation and induction of rabbit preadipocytes Visceral preadipocytes were isolated from perirenal adipose tissue of newborn New Zealand rabbits under sterile conditions. Briefly, adipose tissues were digested with 0.01% collagenase I (Gibco, Carlsbad, CA, USA).
